Scallops and Creme Brulee Bananas Recipe

This recipe looks like it would be really complicated to prepare, but it’s honestly not. I promise. Scallops are a wonderful source of Omega-3 fatty acids and bananas are very low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium. They are also a good source of Dietary Fiber, Vitamin C, Potassium and Manganese, and a very good source of Vitamin B6.
